Do you maintain sites you didn't build?

What if something breaks at 3am?
Our uptime monitoring alerts us before it alerts you. Critical issues get on-call response within 1 hour, 24/7.
Can you add features under the retainer?
Small features (a new section, a form, an integration) are included in monthly hours. Larger feature work gets a separate quote within the existing retainer relationship.
