MVPs: $18K-$45K, 10-14 weeks. Production apps: $45K-$120K, 4-7 months. Enterprise platforms: $120K-$500K+, 6-12 months. We provide a fixed-price proposal after the discovery sprint.
Do you do discovery alone?
Yes — paid discovery engagements are common when the team isn't sure what to build. A 1-2 week discovery costs $5K-$15K and produces a validated MVP scope, design direction, and fixed-price proposal.
Will I own the IP?
Always. From sprint 1, code commits to your GitHub. All design files, IP, credentials, infra are yours. If you walk away after launch, you walk away with everything.
Do you take equity?
No — we work on cash retainer or fixed-price. We've done equity-plus-cash arrangements in special cases (revenue share, partnerships) but it's rare.
Can you rescue a failed previous build?
Frequently. We do "rescue audits" — review the inherited codebase, identify what to refactor vs rebuild, and propose a 2-week stabilisation roadmap. Most rescue projects ship within 8-12 weeks.
